Valentine's Day Outfit Idea
J Crew Edie Grande

Valentine's Day is just a little more than a week away... Have you thought about what you're going to wear? When Valentine's Day falls on a regular 'ol weekday, Eric and I will usually stay in to make some food, cuddle up with wine, and watch a movie in our jammies. Bu-ut, this year V-Day falls on a Saturday (our usual date night) and it's the beginning of a short vacation for us both, so we'll probably hit the town for dinner and drinks. (Remind me - I need to make a dinner reservation.)

While it's popular on this holiday to wear shades of pink and red or adorn yourself in hearts and sparkles, I don't have much clothing fitting the description. I do want to look feminine and festive, so I'd chose a demure navy blue dress that's got a bit of a swing and shows a little leg. A leopard print bag, sexy hair, and my reddest lipstick (of course!) and I feel every bit the V-Day vixen. Keep it simple; if you feel great, you'll look great. Happy Valentine's Day friends!
